Hello, I am Attorney Ümmüşen İyol. At İyiol Law Firm, which I founded, I provide consultancy and litigation services in the fields of tourism law, international law, corporate and commercial law, foreigners law, contract law, real estate and rental law, labor law, insurance law, family law, inheritance law, criminal law and intellectual property law.

I was born in the Manavgat district of Antalya in 1995. I completed my undergraduate education at Istanbul Aydın University and my graduate education at London Middlesex University.

In addition to classical legal services, I combine the constellation method with a holistic approach. I aim to provide in-depth solutions to my clients by providing structural and systemic support in addition to the legal process.

In tourism law, I provide both legal and systemic support on issues such as contract preparation, agency and hotel consultancy, dispute resolution and public process monitoring. I contribute to establishing more solid and balanced structures in tourism enterprises with the constellation method.

In corporate and commercial law; I take an active role in company establishment, partnership structures, management processes, commercial contracts, merger-acquisition transactions and resolution of commercial disputes. I support intra-company relations, decision-making mechanisms and organizational balances with constellation studies.

In family law, I create healthier communication and solution areas in divorce, custody, family conflicts, anger problems and parent-child relationships through the constellation method.
